The New York and Presbyterian Hospital

This grant supports the expansion of the telehealth program at NewYork-Presbyterian into primary and specialty care, chronic disease management, and postpartum depression care, in order to increase the hospital system’s ability to provide high-quality care to a greater number of patients and to decrease potential barriers to care.
