This grant supports the endowment of the Classical Art Curatorial Internship, which provides a stipend for a three-month internship at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, for graduate students or recent graduates who have an interest in Classical or Byzantine Art and who intend to pursue careers in art museums; interns gain experience in object handling, documentation on an international database, installations, conservation, recording and archiving, and presentations to the public.
