This grant supports a program to fight starvation in Aweil East County, Sudan, by improving access to water and agricultural supplies including through community seed banks and demonstration farms, supporting the development of new women-led micro-enterprises, increasing the capacity of local institutions, and raising awareness to improve nutrition and hygiene.
