MacMillan Cancer Support

This grant supports systems and software to help Macmillan Cancer Support manage its helpline and the email and fax inquiries it receives daily; the software also allows the organization to host online discussion forums and live chats, record calls, produce transcripts of online discussions for improved quality assurance and staff training, and maintain a searchable reference archive of all emails and responses, and lays the groundwork for the capability to send messages to mobile phones.
