James Madison University Center for International Stabilization and Recovery - transferred from Survivor Corps which closed, f.k.a. Landmine Survivors Network

This grant supports Strengthening Survivorship in Rwanda, a program that helps survivors of genocide and those who have participated in crimes of genocide to recover from trauma and rejoin their communities, bringing together former adversaries to work collaboratively on making Rwandan buildings and services accessible to people with disabilities. The project will also extend to survivors in Uganda and Burundi.
