Greek National Opera

As part of its landmark SNFCC grant, the SNF provides the Greek National Opera with a new, state-of-the-art home, which will be an exciting destination for music lovers and the general public. This particular grant will assist the GNO in a successful transition to its new premises, providing support for the programming of the Alternative Stage, the development of international co-productions, staff training, equipment and systems upgrades, educational & social outreach programs, and fundraising development. The Greek National Opera presents productions of opera, ballet, operetta, and opera for children, as well as educational programs for younger audience and other population groups.
