Fédération Européenne des Banques Alimentaires

The grant supports the launch of the “Ideas that feed” website to share worldwide good practices and ideas to feed people in need and to fight food waste. This collaborative website presents a wide range of initiatives that have been successfully launched to fight against waste or to develop recovery mechanisms with the ambition to encourage replication. The Fédération Européenne des Banques Alimentaires (FEBA) federates a network of 254 Food Banks in 22 European countries. Their mission is to give access to a sufficient and balanced diet to those in need, through calls for solidarity and fighting against food waste.
