This grant supports the two-year Malaria Cross Border Initiative in Zambia, which aims to reduce the incidence of malaria in the target areas of Sikongo and Kasungula, with an overall goal of helping the Zambian government to eliminate malaria by 2025, by ensuring distribution and use of insecticide-treated nets, improving malaria prevention and treatment-seeking behaviors, strengthening community-based testing and uptake of malaria drugs, and distributing informational materials.
