The SNF Supports the Food aid Program of the Cultural and Social Center of Amari in Crete

On Friday November 9th, 2018, the Cultural and Social Center of the Holy Metropolis of Lampe, Syvritos and Sfakia inaugurated its new kitchen facilities that were renovated through a grant by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF).
In addition to renovation works, the SNF covered the procurement of new equipment to support the Center’s food aid program which benefits more than 100 residents of the wider region of Amari in Crete.
The SNF grant is part of its Initiative Against the Greek Crisis, through which the SNF supported social welfare programs across Greece, aiming to provide relief against the severe effects of the country’s socioeconomic crisis.
