Do you have a vision for how to make the world a better place but feel like you could use a little guidance in executing it?

Applications for the 2026 Tällberg Leaders Mentoring Leaders (TLML) program are open now through May 1.

Anyone can apply for the TLML program, and the leaders selected will take part in a yearlong mentorship experience with a global network of established leaders that will kick off with a workshop in January 2026. Applications will both be reviewed by an international jury.

TLML is supported by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) as part of its longstanding partnership with the Tällberg Foundation for leadership initiatives, which also include the Tällberg-SNF-Eliasson Global Leadership Prize.

The last cohort of TLML mentees included people working to expand access to telemedicine in Pakistan, fight gender inequality in Kenya, promote eco-tourism in Indonesia, boost STEM education through play in Morocco, and safeguard the livelihoods of farmers in Ethiopia.
