Do you know an avant-garde or experimental filmmaker from anywhere around the world whose work is ready for a wider audience? Encourage them to enter a film in the Reframing Images competition at the 13th Athens Avant-Garde Film Festival! The winning filmmaker will receive the ARTWORKS Best Film Award, which comes with a €5,000 cash prize.
The Award is offered through a collaboration between ARTWORKS, a nonprofit in Greece the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) has supported from the get-go, and the Greek Film Archive, a world cinema heritage organization.
The Athens Avant-Garde Film Festival will take place at the Film Archive from December 5 to 15, 2024; film submissions must be received by August 9.
