Thanksgiving! A holiday we may sometimes take for granted, a given, but a holiday which should keep reminding us that above all, we are all human; we are brothers and sisters sharing as our home this thing called Earth. A holiday that gives us an opportunity to say thank you to everyone who makes our lives better. A holiday that reminds us that being alive is a privilege in itself, and being able to do what we can, together, to make this world a bit of a better place for everyone is an important privilege – indeed a responsibility – we all share.
