Consorzio Farsi Prossimo Salute is a Social Cooperative that runs a not for profit Health Center in Milan, providing a wide range of specialist health care services. It is part of a national initiative called “Welfare Italia”, a social franchising network, whose ambition is to open medical centers in Italy in order to improve access to affordable specialist health care services.
